how hell do serve the ball hard, & how hell do you slam or spike the ball hard over the net & back to the other team. i can allways serve the ball light but i cant seem to serve the dam thing hard...can any body help?...

@comton7000 Under Options, go to Controller Settings - you're probably set to Analog. Analog changes the way the ball goes, depending on how hard you hit A or B. Switch to Digital to have A and B as strong hits and X and Y as soft hits.

Personally I prefer X2 because the graphics are better, there are much more fun minigames and you can spend hours collecting everything.

Not really dissing the voices, PERSONALLY (my opinion) I don't like english voices on anime characters (except Magnificent World that was done well) - for me english voices sound too strained and fake.

Oh no .. English Voices .. I admit that Kari Whalgren was ok as Raine in ToS (although NOWHERE as cool as Yumi Touma/Leifang) but she doesn't work out as Kasumi.

Why is it that the english voices always sound fake and strained?

Different DOA games have different voice actors. With both Japanese and English.

Some voice actors have been with the series since the PS2 port overs, others have not.

As far as I remember the only Seiyuu that changed is Kasumi, going from Tange to Kuwashima (good choice).

Midorikawa is still doing Ein and Hayate, Koyama being Tina .. I don't think any of them changed except Kasumi.

Hitomi has a good strength, but bad aim... tina is strong but slow, kokoro is good at spikes but needs improvement in aim and passing... kasumi is just slow...
