a real bodhran solo, I like the way he plays a rollicking crowd-pleasing style but keeps the technique in the tradition. Way more interesting than the dicky-plooky top-end stuff that's all the rage now.

It's nice to see that Ivan is still playing. I remember him from the good ole days when he played with a band called "Mick on the gate". Lost track of them when they split. Shame on me...always loved Ivan's bodhran solos! He's great on the piano too.
