I think the camera for this was probably located on a very tall post at quite a distance by the angle.

Pity they didn't have another camera filming the rear of the cars coming in with a tighter shot similar to the 1st camera 0:01 - 0:11.

Maybe with some high power infra-red to light up the plate and vehicle.

Probably got away with a few hundred dollars of coins.
