Usually we won't get this view before landing. We will usually pass Papar, Kinarut and Lok Kawi side. But during takeoff I spotted this view. If I'm sitting on the left I can see Pulau Gaya.

Best place, I swear!!! people who come here must stay the **Nexus resort** or the Shangri la Rasa resort, I think its called that.

I so miss KK. My girlfriend and I just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay and we are already thinking about returning there. Such a wonderful place, lovely people, food, weather *sigh*. We flew in at night, on a southerly approach. This shows an approach over KK town on the reciprocal heading. Over the right wing you would see a beautiful brassy/red sunset over the sea, with the islands of the Tunku Abdul Rahman national park in the foreground, about 1 mile offshore.
