The PS1 game suffered from *very* limited english print, and the CDs easily scratched due to the unprecedented amount of vocalization in the game. At one point an unscratched english copy (2discs) was worth over 150 dollars.

Here's a tip: Emulate. Use PSXFIN with -r or -n (remix sound or something) and get the ISO online

or just get the psp or re-release versions. The first game was still the best, IMO.

You can weaken your own dmg with sealstones and weapons. Also enemies become stronger with more # of SG and Game Cleared.

Well you can take them there after you went to Lezard's Towerand got all of the Valkyries.. but they disappear after you fought Lezard for the first time. After that save at the last Save Point the game, run back to the World Map and visit the Seraphic Gate. After you defeated Wodan (Odin) there you receive the Valkyries again, this time till you end the game. You get Freya in the Seraphic Gate, too , after you defeated her.

toughness doesn't help much as other skill does,knowing the races of the enermy,the right setup of sealstones and skill,mastering dash is the key of victory :)

i can kill SG bosses during 1st run,but can't DA them,still stuck at EQ for my archer team :S

It's called mist phantom. The only light warrior einherjar that can learn it are Celes(1), Fraudir(16), Lwyn(22), Rasheeka(40), Crescent(46), Jessica(52).Leone also learns it at lv.42.

Well since Lenneth in LP1 can use both sword and Bow, when entering VP2 Lenneth can't use it because if she did she will have at least 18 'Attacks',so they put this thing on Silmeria.
