@SNEAKSRUINMYLYFE This usually works for me when it doesn't connect. If you are using Windows, click START, then ALL PROGRAMS, STARTUP and click the HOTSYNC MANAGER. If that still doesn't work, reset the phone and the computer and do the above steps again. Anymore questions, please reply!

my sister drop my paml centro when she was standing up and then it wouldnt turnon.when i connect it to the charger it turns on the little dot in da corner green and i try to turn it on but it wont.and then when i take away from the charger the little light stays on

Try doing a soft reset by removing the battery and reinserting it again. If that doesent work then maybe your screen may not be functional. If was not caused by you, you may want to use the 1 year factory defect warrenty. The warrenty is good for 1 year after you bought the phone. Try contacting palm by going to Google and type in Palm Live support. THEY ARE REALLY HELPFUL! Anymore questions please reply!
Having Trouble with the hotsync, it keeps trying to connect me and freezes up anyway to uninstall hotsync?

@ftl989 I have dropped my Centro on concrete many times and it has never done that.
