I set my beater one step back. I use the Iron Cobra Wood Beaters. My springtension is at the 7th line. My Yokeholder is one step higher than the Beaterholder. The Direktdrive is at the smallest position.

On the George Kollias dvd are some pretty cool workouts! I play double bass for a long time to practice. Or just play some on foot blastbeats. I recommend to make a break for a week after a realy hard workout, cause the muscles need time for getting fit again. After that u will have a better feel.
Dude I really like ur use of the swivel technique. Is there an exercise routine 2 help get it down? I've been tryin it 4 a while but it just doesn't feel right.

swivel is bad for the knees, pedals dont make the player. its all personal preference

Basicly I use heel up but for the fast stuff I use the swivel techniqe. I am going to make a review about my Czarcie Kopyto settings.
