If you were actually listening to the reporter, he is not talking about toy guns, he is talking about the availability of real guns and youth with real guns. Bob Dylan steers the question away from the issue, for whatever reason. Your comment only testifies to a kind of blind acceptance of Bob Dylans actions but I think if you were really listening, you would hear what was really being asked.
