  • Wat is the island over north america? Iceland? Where is Hawaii??? Wtf.? Crappy video!

  • @Poop2698

It's Greenland, you cretin. And Hawaii, amazingly, is not a major land mass.

  • love it; great job!

  • very simple yet educating video. thanks (:

  • LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!

  • where is indonesian

  • North America was really connected to Asia not Europe.

  • Accurate or not, this child has done a really good job. If only more children and adults were able to think for themselves and learn about history; maybe we could start moving to the stars

  • LOL

  • Where the hell is Korea?

  • Nice piece of art.

    Bad piece of science.

But still quite nice for 3rd grade...

  • @supernazo10 Antarctica you dumbass.

  • were there Trains on Pangea?

  • Too bad this never happened. Continents aren't lilly pads you know.

  • there just 3rd graders. they are not going to get every thing right. well done

  • Hi all, just trying to spread the word about a new community site we're putting together based around our planet - earth-forums (dot) com. We'd love for you to take a look :)

  • Australia looks like it doesn't have a clue about what to do, so its just going to float "over there"

  • thanks! this really helped my project.

  • u suck

  • @NSMBking gqufdwdxzskdagighsiogigigfipsdsiotgtfioyfiufyfoiysiyfoisduoisdyyhdhiovfyyoyvidfuodyhioviyvhhvidfhvidfgd hiv

    decode this

  • India fell in love, with Asia.

  • what is this song? :S it's not the song that shows up in the desrciption... please, I must know!!!

  • fake

  • the sun is about 4.6 billion years old and the earth is about 4.2 billion years old not 10,000 years old sill people ;] any way well done for 3rd graders im guessing thats 6 year olds i dont know cause im English so it s different here but they missed out Greenland england Ireland lol also its not very accurate but well done

  • @AlDaFunkyMonkey third grade is like 10 year olds in america

  • @MARI06OO Thank you for informing me :]

  • If you think THIS is interesting then you need to consider what the Impact and Exit Event theory has to say. The theory is a facinatingly new concept which adopts and refines Plate Tectonics while acknowledging the possibility of some of what is in the above video. In my opinion the impact and exit event has expanded our understanding of what causes plate tectonics, and what is likely to happen to Earth in the future Well worth a read.

  • Love it!

  • as adorable as that was for 3rd grade, it's terribly inaccurate with how the continents moved.

  • @fjdksla243 Seriously? You mean they weren't colored with crayons and moved across a blue background by hand? Wow, I'm crushed!

  • @ChazoTV i mean the actual movement, like they didn't just spread so perfectly away from each other at once but really, i just wrote that when i was looking for an actual movie for my college class, haha, i promise, i was just joking.

it's artfully and tastefully done, don't doubt yourself.

  • @ChazoTV well, showing inaccurate animations to 3rd-graders helps creationists.

  • Holy crap what happend to Greenland.

  • @HaileyPinky @ladygagaspenis

Scientists believe that the Earth is close to 4 or 5 billion years old, and some Christians believe it to be around 10,000 years old... People have the right to view the matter as they wish, so don't go criticizing everyone who doesn't view it your way

  • @tombraidergirl2014 Which authority grants this right to believe what you want, but not the right to criticize others?

  • Name The Song Please :D

  • luckies. I didn't get to make a vidoe and I did it in 5th grade

  • Greenland is my favorite :D

  • 3RD GRADE i learnt about this in 6th grade 0.o

  • What? But the Earth is only 10,000 years old...

  • @ladygagaspenis Earth Is Millions Of Yrs Old

  • @HaileyPinky not millions, but billions.

  • @HaileyPinky @bananaman2157 no, 10 thousand. Both of you are wrong.

  • @ladygagaspenis its not even millions of yrs old its billions and its not even close to being 10 thousand yrs old

  • @ladygagaspenis THOUSAND?LOL

  • Nice!

  • I really Love this Madison, I'm a teacher and i'm definitely going to show this video to my class to help them understand it.

    Good Work

  • No hay Islas D:

  • and japan?

  • wow she's really smart! thats evactly how it all changed! :D 5*

  • This sucks.

  • I was told that china was not connected to the western part of Asia. please consider this and other parts that were under water, as well.

  • Nice Job Madison. I loved it. ********

  • When I was in third grade, would have probably gotten in trouble for even thinking that all that happened. Glad we have somewhat upgraded our scientific thought. Good job on the video!

  • AHHH...I...IDONT....UN-UN-DER-STAAAANNNND AHHHH MY BRAIN ITS TO MUCH AHHGGG

  • not bad!

  • wow thats great for a 3rd Grader!

  • I like how a bunch of people are pissed at 3rd grader for not including every little island in the world.

  • Theres no Ireland, Madadasga, indonesia, japan, New Zealand, Sir Lankia, Falklands, Iceland, Caribean, Maylasia, Britian,New Guinia, Philipienes, the top half of Canada, Taiwan and many other countries. Other than that, nice job :D

  • @TheCheeseFood WHERE IS MICRONESIA AND FERNCH POLYNESIA!!!?!?!?!

  • @mrlaze333 lol you diddent even spell 'french' right.

  • @TheCheeseFood maybe i should have added some 1's in with the exclamation points

  • Its kinda sad that teachers will tell children wrong things, Australia was part of Antarctica, It split after pangea broke up. and the world was already taking shape.

  • Where the hell did Earth go? D:

  • Lol I feel stuped Im In Gr 7 And Im Having trouble with this ive her a hi five

  • Comment removed

  • pretty good, but you could always speed it up a a bit.

  • good job!

  • if u believe in God, ask him why change?

  • Hi I've seen ya before I'll tell you who did this

  • that is an amazing project! I did something similar to that very many years ago. I only have one critique and that is that, if scientists are correct, north america wouldn't have the gulf of mexico when pangea was breaking apart. Scientists theorize that the asteroid that may have made the dinosaurs go extinct hit aprox 65m yrs ago and pangea broke apart around 250 mya. I am very impressed with the accuracy the information previously provided is for futer projects (in ms and hs)VERYGOODfor3rdgrd

  • Where's Philippines and the other south eastern countries

  • I'm on a horse.

  • very cute and well done!!! :)

  • @LuckyApplehead thanks. She had fun making it.

  • @ChazoTV Why? It looks boring (not the picture; just moving the pieces a few milimetres every picture)... :/

  • HEY IS FOR HORSES

  • how dose this have 60,000 veiws!!!!!

  • there wasnt a florida when there was panega

  • @Frankthegb I know. News reporters do tend to make stories a bit bigger... or conveniently misunderstand some detail and make it more interesting.

  • south america did not fit into africa like that all, you messed up head

  • so india just fits into china perfectly like that?

  • wow this is terrible, wheres the UK and the Philippines!?

  • hhhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm good

  • This is not correct - I didn't see Gongvana anywhere...

  • That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen.

Atheist dogma™ is nothing but a series of incredible fairy-tales.

  • Pangaea was proved some time ago. The head of a dinosaur was found in Brazil, and the rest was found in Africa.

  • @Frankthegb Actually that isn't true. There is no proof (nor has it been claimed) it was the same dinosaur.

  • thanks, helped a lot :)

  • What kind of map is that? I can't even see England.

  • Where's Indonesia and Madagascar?!

  • Where is UK and Ireland?

  • @beansterman1998, it's 3rd for christ's sake! What do you expect? Anyway, cool anim...

  • @beansterman1998 we are not important

  • @beansterman1998 And where are Cuba, Haiti and Dominic Republican?!?!

  • @beansterman1998 pwnd biotch

  • @beansterman1998 It was under sea level at this point it rose up in the latest ice age I think, but I dunno I'm 13 :/

  • @JamieJinjaNinja The montain chain from Norway to Wales is the remnant of one of the oldest montain formation proceses.

The hills of Scotland are the "cores" of these old eroded away montains.

Just want to sound smart. ;)

    Have fun on YT.

  • this was helpful. I'm done with my science project. i had to create an illustration of pangea

  • Glad it helped.

  • This is just a fun crude 3rd grade class project, folks.

  • @ChazoTV Nice work man... I'm a teacher and it looks pretty cool. Everyone wants to add their 2 cents work of comments.. although the people having negative comments here haven't got a cent between them : b

  • Wait, is this somewhat accurate??

Cos I'm doing a school project and 'I need to know what Pangaea looked like 250 Million Years Ago.

  • Funny how a simple 3rd grade project triggers such strong replies from folks.

  • yeah these people are idiots

  • are people arguing about pangea breaking off this way??

  • Why wasn't Britain on there

  • This theory is all wrong, try to learn about the expanding earth, is mutch more logical and reasonable.

  • I'm someone with a degree in geology. I can't believe you expanding earth people are all over youtube. Apparently a silly idea that got blown out of proportion. please do say how expanding earth explains mountain ranges, vocanoes and earthquakes localization, paleomagnetic sea floor layout, fossils and ophiolites elevated in mountains... I'll tell you, it doesn't. Plate tectonic does. In fact there is zero evidence for an expanding earth.

  • lol at india just floating across the ocean and then fitting perfectly onto asia like a puzzle piece. I second neal adams has a way better theory. No you cant explain how the whole world expands but the shape of the continents can only tell you that IT DID SOMEHOW

  • You are aware Neal Adams is a cartoonist with zero training in geology right? Have you ever attended a class about plate tectonic?

  • thats a pretty sad lookin Greenland u got there buddy

  • australia is way off

  • pretty good but take antarctica out-it was made when these movements started, Australia was Antarctica and add Indonesia to India and put the north pole near Greenland, the mass of continents should be more in the Northern Hemisphere as it is now with russia attached to Canada. Oh yeah the meteorite that formed the hotspot that is Iceland was the Generator of this cycle.

  • wow, look at it go

    what's the music?

  • Did you notice how the outline of austrailia fits into the far side of south america?

Check out neal adams for the real reason the world looks the way it does today

  • It's wrong!! o.0
