A full body airbag (airpants, airjacket) helmet will allow such incidents to happen without incident. I think the gov't should make airbags mandatory on Christmas turkeys as well. Just from that she slammed her head twice, steering wheel and side window. Imagine if we had been unfortunate enough for the car to flip over.

(Thankfully he was on a road trip because at that time, many people, including him, only put them on for long trips.) I also had a college friend who rolled her car and walked away from it--because of her seat belt. Rolling the car kills people because they bounce around and fly out the window.

It depends. One my fellow was driving the highway and got some opened manhole. He wasn't fastened and it saved his life - he flied through the rear window, but his car hit the road kerb and was almost destroyed. He just broke his arm. In a half of month, he left the hospital and bought a new car

I was driving home from school one day, and a woman pulled out in front of me; we were going about 50 mph (like.. what, 80 km/h?) my friend was in the passenger seat and my little sister was in the back, none of us were wearing our seat belts and although it was a front impact the only thing that happened was I got a horrible burn on my neck from the air bag. I dont feel like I was lucky because I dont feel like I came even close to death i just dont understand why it was different for us.

so, if you are in a truck rollign down the hill, if you dotn wear your seatbelt you are probably dead, and if you do wear your seatbelt, the impact caused by your passenger nto wearing one hitting you will probably crush your head against the side and kill you.
