I think it is way cool that your are into the Beatles and learning the drum solo from "The End." I got into the Beatles when I was your age (and "Abbey Road" was the album that made me a fan), and that was about 40 years ago! I'm still listening to The Beatles and Paul McCartney and Wings to this day! you really suck.
1. you need to mute your bass drum, find an old blanket or pillow and put it inside,
2. have some rhythm, you can't just beat, you have to be in time.
3. it's all in the wrist, you are using too much arm
4. learn to hold the stick right, and have a fulcrum.
