  • It's backside, because he is doing a BACKSIDE board slide. A frontside would be a FRONTSIDE board slide. Lip slide simply means you do a board slide and bring your tail over the rail.

  • How can I get better at balancing while on the rail? Like to keep from sliding out

  • @RainbowSk8inDrummer it sounds weird but it helps to lean forward more than you think you need to, it helps.

  • @DaftandDirekt No, as you can see you approach the rail with it in front of you. If the rail was behind you on your heelside it'd be backside.
