My 87 yr old father was diagnosed by an ENT specialist with rhino-sinusitis. His nose ran a clear liquid almost continually and caused constant nose blowing. He was given Astepro to be used two sprays each nostril twice per day and to adjust that dose as needed. After 3 wks he uses it one spray each nostril once per day and is completely cleared up. His problems started 6 mos ago after hospitalization for pnemonia with a slow 4 month recovery at home
