Took me awhile to figure what this game was...

It's in the Japanese version. And I know this because I'm playing the game right now and I'm Napalming the Hell out of my enemies.

I have a ROM of the translated japanese version (Why oh why did they cut those cool cutscenes out of the english versions? They added so much to the game!) and it has the napalm gun. Kinda tricky to get it to be upgradble, but I did it (You have to destroy no-one but the end boss in the second mission too. This means no crashing into those asteroids either)
