I don't get all this dark energy / dark matter science. From what i understand 99% of calculated energy and matter is missing. Perhaps relativity Counter acts upon it's self with the universe as a whole.

An example would be that earth orbit is moving slower than here on the ground but compared to what can be seen from the next solar system down the road our whole solar system is moving all at the same speed.

Wouldn't this explain the expanding universe and gravitational effects?
