@supermuis96 Kaitlyn reached the top 10 in America's Got Talent in 2008 at the age of 4, but did not win. She did not appear in any following year of America's Got Talent, but has done several movies with the Disney Company. She continues to sing but is not signed to a label.

Shes gotten so much better than that little girl who appeared at the AGT auditions.

she pronounces the words much better now and her song has much flow.

every time i here her i it takes all i can to not cry!

I was there! I had never heard of Kaitlyn before this and I almost died. Usually kid performers are really cheesy and sentimental, but she was too much. Me and my friends were dying of cuteness.

Hi Jesshone21: Kaitlyn is an amazing young lady, with wonderful parents whom I have met several times. I do not worry for her future. She is not being pushed into this. She just loves to sing and that is why she comes across so successfully and not cheesy and sentimental. It is very genuine. I am glad you were able to see this live. I tape her performance so people who cannot see in person can share in the joy she brings.  But nothing beats meeting her in person.

Hi Douglas, I didn't mean to criticize but I can't help but worry for those kids who are famous and exposed to the public at such an early age. She's been on tv so much, I wonder if she has any time to play with other kids and just be a kid herself. No doubt she has talent, but she also has all the time in the world to develop it and decide what she wants to do with it when she´s a bit older, after enjoying her childhood - that's just what I think

hahaha ...ever tried to make a 4 yr old do soemthing they didnt want to?? This was a few hours out of her chrsitmas and she loved it..a sweet 4 yr old that is that well adjusted is being raised right..she is a joy!

i totally agree with you. You definitely cannot make a toddler do something he/she doesn't want to do, no matter how active this kids may be.

You are right to be concerned whenever you see a young child become famous. Many children are pushed into fame by their parents with bad consequences. However, I would not be supporting her if I had even the slightest feeling that she was not enjoying her childhood. Yes, she is doing things other children may not have the opportunity to do, but she genuinely enjoys singing for people and had the time of her life at this show.

Hi foolanna: If you see the look on her face you could tell she was having the time of her life singing for the president and sharing the stage with other stars and with Santa Claus himself. She loves to sing and this was truly a wonderful Christmas present for herself, one that she will cherish for a long time.
