That Siren has to be one of the most brain dead rules I've ever heard of. Is there pedestrian traffic on Pikes Peak during the race?? How is the driver meant to concentrate with all that artificial noise?
Seems alot like how early ICEs in the days of horse drawn carts used to have flag men walk in front of them.
i think since it's electric its a safety requirement so if someone crashed people could hear him coming better to warn him. first time i've seen this and i'm from colorado springs but it's great to see electric racing up the mountain.
I thought it is PAC man's car with a LMP shell on it. LOL
