BTW..I lived down on Berrytown road...passed over the Old Iron Bridge many times, was there when they built the lake. I was formerly married to James Butler. And yes, Granny's has great burgers....Used to go down by Fenn's groc...new ownership now by Corbin, cross the highway and hit the beer store...folks up here have a hard time believing Frankin co. is totally dry...;)

Loved this..I'm from Bude but have lived in Madison Wi for the past three years..it helped my homesickness...:) I know all these places so well....I'll bet I know you or some of your folks! ;)

@brewerboy Haha thanks... Im glad it helped you, I hope to never move away in the near future. Franklin county has been my home for 20 years now and I don't plain to change that. You probably know my Grandfather L.G. who was Vocational Director back in the 80s at the High School.
