  • cute video...

  • Thank You!!!

  • @BanzaiLUKE People will NOT marry goats....They're animals,.People should be able to marry anyone they want.WTF does that have to do with animals?Anyone who bases there political views on any words of the bible or labels something unholy...Shouldn't be allowed to vote on anything but American Idol.

  • Seriously? 720 people voted against kids loving the parents who raised them? They have problems far beyond mere homphobia.

  • trolls

  • " I LIKE APPLE PIES AND I THINKS MY GIRLFRIENDS GAY" HAHAHHAHA

  • Sorry, I'm not being ignorant, just stupid.

How can a person have four mums?

  • @Dancingperson008 This is just a guess, but maybe they were raised most of their life by a lesbian couple, then they split and met new women and now they have four moms because they go back and forth between them. Think of it the way kids in divorced straight families have two moms and two dads. That was just my thought.

  • Why can't I understand the point of this video, I understand no on prop 8, but one guy said his girlfriend was gay, the sister and brother have 4 moms, and one guy is trying to sell a CD, I don't know what's going on

  • This vid is awesome.

  • I voted Yes... and I won

  • @freakylocz14 well than you sir are a dick...

  • @freakylocz14

    Fuck off scrub.

  • @explizidace We won, and when you think you won in court, 9th Circuit stays1 EPIC WIN

  • @freakylocz14

    You're fucking mental.

  • @freakylocz14

whoa ! dude dont come to a video supporting gay marriage and start saying how you "won" by banning gay marriage. thats just fucked up

  • @freakylocz14 last i checked, prop h8 was overturned

    so you lost

  • @idaman12345 No, the 9th Circuit stayed that ruling. The fight's not over yet!

  • @freakylocz14 yes but good wins over evil

and thats why no will win

  • @idaman12345 This is why I'm glad that the Supreme Court is mostly conservative.

  • "my mom's hella gay."

    "...i think my girlfriend's gay..."

hahahah so great. and thank you for this video!

  • WHERE ARE ALL THE KIDS WITH GAY DADS? D:

    only joking. excellent video.

  • Woooo VotE NO!@!!!!!! People should have the right to mary who ever they want!

  • listen: i am SOO not christian! im an atheist, and i DO believe in the constitution! i believe STRONGLY in the seperation of church and state. and i DEFINITELY believe in equal right. BUT! bringing equal rights into religion, isnt that a violation of the seperation of church and state? if christianity states that gays cant get married, should the government allow the people to vote on wether it's ok or not? NO! because that may force the church to deny parts of the bible. END OF DISCUSSION!!!!!!

  • @leirgauk

no because marraige allows more than just the recognition of love.

  • @bouncer599 what? wtf does that even mean?

  • @leirgauk Marriage isn't just a religious thing, though. It's a legal contract. In the US there are over 1100 statutory provisions in which marital status is a factor in determining benefits, rights, and privileges, which are denied to same-sex couples.

And you don't need to go to a church to get married. You can get married by a judge or some other government official.

  • @NiccolaVonMask i totally agree. christians do not "own" marriage, and the fact that christian married couples get more perks is offensive to our freedom. all i ever said was that christian marriage is religious business and not state business, so they should be allowed to practice their marriage as they wish. their bible states that same-sex marriage is wrong, so that should be reason enough to not marry gay people in church. the 2nd amendment states that church and state be seperated.

  • @leirgauk

It has nothing to do with that. There's no law that states a church MUST agree to partake in the marriage of gays. Get the facts before you "END OF DISCUSSION." Fine day to you.

  • @explizidace Indeed, and it's good that some churches can decide to marry gays. But in order to do that they would have to distinctively separate themselves from Christianity and form a sub-religion under Christianity, otherwise there should be some legal trouble. Copyright claims or something.

  • My name is alex, im 15, im bi, and almost all my fiends are gay or bi.

  • and idk what you all are talking about... we all have equal rights, i can get married to a women just like every gay guy out there can also get married to a women

  • @DeeArgentina i'm not a homophobe.... i'm not scared of them...

  • My mom and dad are gay lol what?

  • Let gays marry. They have every right to be miserable.

  • Im confused with a lot of what they said..like their interest,,lol, and 4 moms..

  • @Miikaika25 They might have 4 moms because they were born to a lesbian couple who later split up, and then each of the moms got married to a new partner. It's not so different from when a straight couple does the same thing. Like if your parents get divorced and remarried, you have a mom and stepmom and a dad and stepdad.

  • I like this video (:

but the girl at 0:47 said

"my mom and my dad are gay"..

    what does that mean??!!

  • @malez95 oo sorry i get it now.. xD

    haha silly me (:

  • @malez95 Lots of people have a gay dad and a lesbian mom. I'm just guessing, but it's probably the case that her parents were friends who decided to have a baby together.

  • This ad is soooooo good!!!

  • this is lovely<33333

  • @krbkrbk Yeah, they had her. So what? Gay people aren't sterile. A gay man and a lesbian woman can have a child together because their sperm and eggs work perfectly fine. What's wrong with that? The child was created out of love and the fact that they obviously really wanted her to be born. And as for it being sad, I think we watched different videos. All the people in it seem normal to me. But I suppose you're looking to find fault with them.

  • @sarahanangela

Wow, judgmental much? These kids love their parents. What a crime.

  • @sarahanangela Wow, way to be judgmental! You know, I have 2 gay dads, and it's really presumptuous to say that I haven't experienced a "true pure love" from my family. You don't know anything about me, but you decided that my family is broken and worthless. That's really just kind of cold-hearted. My family's not broken. We're a strong family. And, btw, *tons* of kids from straight families are raised the same way. My best friend has a mom and a dad, but they taught her to accept everyone.

  • I love this video. It shows how kids bought up in a gay family don't turn out gay and are normal like kids bought up with straight parents. I'm not American but my heart saddens to hear that people are trying to ban gay marriage. I hope for the best outcome in the future where everyone has equality.

  • @StephenLeex

You and I both. Greetings from america.

  • not terribly informative, but a nice commercial.

  • HECK YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Dan (with the four moms) is kind of a hottie........ wish i could have his number......... :)

  • what do they mean by two moms? is it like step mother and birth mother?

  • Fuad, no, they mean two lesbian moms. You know, where two women adopt a baby or have a baby through donor insemination.

  • @fuadhyder no two females who married

  • when I heard someone say they support, I love it because someoneis actually supporting.. Just like supporting on anything to help them :P I know that someday, Marriage equality would come :)

  • I have two dads. I wasn't interviewed in the video though! =)

  • question: why does it matter if gay people marry? seriously whats gonna happen? why do they give a shit? isnt there more important things for the government to worry about?

  • "i have 3 moms and 1 dad" wow thats sad! sounds way too complicative to me.

  • Derek, maybe her mom and dad divorced and both her parents have new partners. That's not more complicated than any other kid who has stepparents. Except in the case of a straight family, there would be two moms and two dads, instead of three moms and a dad.

  • it's sad that some people are selfish about marriage rights for others.

  • I don't support gay marrauge....AND DAMN PROUD OF IT

    Vote NO on Prop 8!

  • if you want to keep the defination of marriage, then don't allow Britney Spears to marry, remember, 48hour marriages lol, long term commitment roflcopter,

Look at Mass, they allow gay marriages, now are all of the children gay and pink?

    no they are not,

  • The CA Constitution clearly sets forth the initiative process as a valid means of amending the Constitution. Proposition 8 was a direct response to the Supreme Courts violation of the separation of powers doctrine. By striking down a law passed via initiative process the Court usurped the powers of the legislative branch. Judges must enforce the law. We can't allow Judges to be ABOVE the law.

Prop 8 was upheld! The CA Constitution supports marriage for ALL regardless of sexual orientation.

  • just one word: awesome!!!!!

  • BRAVO(A)!!! You are all deserving of praise for your courage, dignity, honor, and above all, respect for the human race! Thank you for your efforts.

  • Prop 8, now part of the CA Constitution supports marriage for ALL regardless of distinction & grants access to the institution of marriage for ALL citizens equally! ANY legal adult in California can be married regardless of sexual orientation. NO adult in California may call a relationship marriage unless it is an exclusive relationship with another adult of the opposite sex who is not a close relative. Defining marriage does not exclude any group of people; it applies equally for all groups.

  • "Prop 8, now part of the CA Constitution supports marriage for ALL regardless of distinction"

Lol, so when it comes to gay people it only supports their marriage to other people whom they would never be able to love. It is inequality in that the majority is allowed to marry the people they love while this minority is denied marriage to the people they love. Now, can you give me one good reason why gay marriage should not be legal?

  • Heres one: There is no fundamental right to marriage or to change the definition of the word either! For centuries the definitions of gay have included the same sexual connotation as today. Likewise the definition of Marriage has always been a union of opposite sexes. Laws by their very nature are discriminatory. CA Domestic Partners already have EVERY legal right & responsibility provided by Marriage! Activists really want Gay Marriage because its a shortcut to accomplishing other goals.

  • The whole premise is like saying, hey everyone, lets change the definition of lemon to include limes. After all they are both citrus fruits. We dont want the poor limes to feel left out.

Homosexual and Heterosexual are NOT the same.

Why change the meaning of the word?

If I ask for a lime, I want a Lime not a Lemon and vise a versa! Why confuse people?

You know lemons & limes are NOT the same. You also know that Homosexual is not the same as Heterosexual.

  • "The whole premise is like saying, hey everyone, lets change the definition of lemon to include limes."

So not changing the definition of marriage from "union between a man and a woman" to "union between two people" is your reason for denying equality to about 10% of our population? That's a pretty shitty reason to me. Now, if the definition said "only white men and women", would you still feel bad about changing the legal definition?

  • If you tell a lie long enough people will start to believe it.

In recent court cases homosexual activists & their attorneys had to admit that the best data available shows that homosexuals represent about 2% of the population. They also admitted that they say 10 to 15% because if they publicly admitted they only represent 2% of the population a LOT of the gullible heterosexuals who listen to and support them now would suddenly choose to ignore their cause.

Laws are never FAIR to everyone.

  • So you're saying that it's now okay to keep equality from gays because you think they represent a smaller minority than previously believed? That doesn't sound right. No matter how small a group of people are, everyone should still have equality under the law.

  • Thats not at all what I'm saying. Some people may be bigots, but as far as the laws of CA go gays are treated the same. No, they can't be "married" because marriage is defined as between 1 man & 1 woman. I can't have 2 wifes either. But gays can enter into a Domestic Partnership with the exact same LEGAL rights & obligations to each other as a man & woman can have through marriage. In the eyes of CA Law they ARE equal. When Prop 22 passed not 1 gay right was lost. Prop 8 - the same exact words!

  • Actually, they are not equal under the law. For starters, they are not treated the same under any federal benefits such as Social Security, Medicare, veterans benefits and federal taxes. That said, even if they were completely equal under the law except for in name, there is still the issue of society recognizing them as equal human beings and not a group of second class citizens.

  • BTW, legal definitions are changed all the time for lesser reasons, yet nobody gets upset about it. The crappy excuses that you make up to both mask and justify your bigotry are amusing. Would you like to try again?

"CA Domestic Partners already have EVERY legal right...Activists really want Gay Marriage because its a shortcut to accomplishing other goals."

They want to be accepted by society as normal people. So far society has told them they will not be accepted by denying them equality.

  • Lemons & Limes, like Homosexuals & Heterosexuals are NOT the same! They are different, BUT EQUAL.

Under CA law Domestic Partners are granted every right, privilege & obligation the state of CA gives married couples!

When my uncle was sick his life partner could see him in the hospital when I could NOT because I was NOT immediate family! My uncle eventually died. Now his PARTNER gets his retirement check, the same as if they were a married couple. I accept them & I think society did too!

  • "Lemons & Limes, like Homosexuals & Heterosexuals are NOT the same! They are different, BUT EQUAL."

Kinda like blacks and whites? Lol. I still don't see how this justifies treating them unequally.

  • Its not at all like blacks & whites. Race is something you are born with.

I used to believe homosexuals were born that way too, but there is NO research to support that and more and more research supporting that its not genetic but a combination of rearing and choice. Even the APA is starting to admit that.

Remember, I have a number of homosexual friends & family. I want whats right for us all. But gay activists wont settle for tolerance, which by the way implies difference.

  • "there is NO research to support that"

Actually this is not true. They have recently isolated the gay gene. The gay gene accounts for 70% of homosexuals. That means that 70% of gays were born completely 100% gay and could not do anything about it. So for at least 70% of gays, it is like blacks and whites. But have you really never met a gay person who wished more than anything to be straight? It really is a little insane to think that all gays choose to be gay.

  • Right!

    So where are the headlines?

    Where is the empirical data?

That's why a group of doctors just addressed the UN talking about the FACT that a lot of the research is flawed and there is no gay gene.

Oh yeah, just last month the APA changed their tune too.

Science published a study by Dean Hamer over a decade ago which claimed that there might be a gene for homosexuality. Since then every bit of research claiming to be on the edge of isolating the "gene" has come up empty!

  • "Where is the empirical data?..."

Okay, it's not perfect but their are extremely strong correlations, which would lead any reasonable person to believe it exists (in most cases).

"I have many gay friends who say it IS their choice to be gay."

This kind of person would fall into a very small minority of gays. Usually they aren't quite as feminine, and the kind which are born gay tend to show signs of it very early on.

  • I have many gay friends who say it IS their choice to be gay.

I also know a number of ex-gay people.

Most important, I have a friend who is a certified counselor. Some time ago he received specialty training on helping gays who want to be straight. Before this training he too thought gays were born that way.

He no longer believes that and helps them lose their same-gender attraction with great success.

If you know gay people who truly wish they were straight, have them contact me.

  • Seriously though, in all honesty, you're telling me that you can just "choose" to like to suck dick right now if you wanted to?? (very serious question, please answer) I know I can't.

Much more importantly though, how is any of this good reason to keep gay people from getting married?

  • Most people don't "just choose." My counselor friend thought people were born gay until he took a course in dealing with same-gender attraction. Now he feels strongly that people become gay through a variety of influences in their life. The course taught him dozens of common experiences that virtually every person goes through leading to them deciding they are homosexual. As he meets with patients, they think hes some type of mind reader because he knows about these various circumstances.

  • i love this vid soooo effin much

  • (continued)..."Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye." - Mathew 7

  • "Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? " (continues)...

  • if ye just judge righteously.. then you wont have a problem.... dost thou cast judgement upon the man who would rape your child???? judgment is a part of everyday life its just unfortunate that some have poor judgment. prop 8 defines marriage as it has been defined for all of time.. its just sad that these folks who claim that they have two moms dont give credit to the fact that they wouldnt exist with out the coming together of the opposite sex 2 moms will never equal a dad...

  • Its interesting that a lot of people bring up religious objections when opposing gay marriage, but in the same sentence they quote the bible they call them fags, evil, disgusting, and imply that they are less than human and don't have the right to live there lives.... How about we let god be the judge?

"Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again."

  • You know looking at these rejects just makes me want to support Prop. 8 even more.

  • This made me smile. Thanks guys!

  • This made me smile too!! I bet every single one of those kids if f'd up. Ah. It just melts my heart to see such a weak argument for fags to marry.

  • What?? You automatically assume people are messed up just because they happen to have gay parents? Well, I'd make a nasty comment to you in return, but my two gay dads taught me a lot better than that!!

  • nicely done!!

     ;-)

  • i hope your two dads taught you that you can love a woman and that it is natural for a man to be with a woman... because if not, they have neglected to tell you the truth about who you are and what your purpose in life is. two dads will never equal a good mom. I hope you find the truth in this crazy world

  • Uh, Karapari, I'm a *girl.* Hence the name: rainbowheartgirl. In any case, your comment is kind of silly. Parents can't teach their children to love a particular sex. I'm straight, and so are my brothers, but that was an accident of birth. It wasn't because of anything my parents did or didn't do. Why do you think I don't have a purpose in life? Why do you think my two dads weren't as good as a mom? I don't agree. My family is just as good as yours. And I love my family unconditionally.

  • yes , yes they can! parents can teach their children anything they want. So Can I ask what happened to you Mom? Ididnt say that you dont have a purpose in life... because you do... the point im trying to make is that you will never be able to experience life as it was intended unless you find an opposite, get married ... honor your marriage.. have children... of your own... stay by their side and dont leave them for some one else to raise.... anditsjust fact. your dads can never be your mom

  • Karapari, parents *cannot* teach their children to be gay or straight. They can teach them that it's *bad* to be gay or straight, but they can't teach their kids to love a particular sex if they're not attracted to that sex. Who you are attracted to is an accident of birth. Also, there are all sorts of ways to experience life. People should do what makes them happy. There's nothing wrong with getting married and having kids if that's what you want. And you should be committed to your family.

  • Parents *cannot* teach...

Thats what the media & gay activists want you to believe! Over the past 20 years research has shown thats NOT true!

Recently a licensed psychologist with both clinical and forensic practice outreaches is warning that children of homosexual couples are SEVEN TIMES more likely to develop "non-heterosexual preferences" than other children, but most people & even lawmakers establishing policy don't know that because the researchers have concealed their discoveries.

  • k10star, that is completely insane. There is no research saying any such thing, and I should know because I wrote three papers on this in college. Check the APA for all the studies that have been conducted.

  • You didnt research your papers very well.

All scientists doing this research have a personal bias, but they need to set aside their biases when they present their findings or people will start to look at them as activists, not scientists.

Examples, USC Sociologists re-examined 21 studies conducted over 20 years the findings were misreported.

Look at work by Trayce Hansen, Ph.D. or the work of Golombok & Tasker.

Even Aimee Glenaw admits that gay parenting affects kids differently.

  • "All scientists doing this research have a personal bias"

If you want to get technical about this, everyone has a bias. This is always a bad argument, but not so much for that reason. Mainly it is because you are trying to ignore arguments which may be completely sound, and all because of something which actually means nothing (bias).

It's kinda like saying: "that guy said that 2+2=4, but he's biased in that he already believed the answer was 4, and so therefore 2+2 cannot = 4."

  • That's not what I'm talking about. I am referring to researchers whose notes say the kids they interviewed that were raised by homosexual parents are anywhere (depends on the study) from 4 to 10 TIMES more likely to enter into a homosexual relationship. But the same researcher's PUBLISHED findings stated that there was no difference. Or their notes said overall kids raised by a loving mom & dad were better off than those raised by single or homosexual parents, but left that OUT of their summary!

  • "raised by homosexual parents are anywhere (depends on the study) from 4 to 10 TIMES more likely to enter into a homosexual relationship."

This could be because they were already gay, yet they learned from an early age that that was okay and so didn't end up getting married and coming out of the closet at age 60 like many people do. That would definitely change the statistics.

Also, why would it be a bad thing if more people were gay? (or really just open and accepting of their own sexuality)

  • You know, it sounds like you want to talk about the issue of gays raising children rather than gay marriage, though, which is a separate issue. No matter how you feel about gays having the right to raise kids, it should not affect their ability to be married.

  • What about children who from the time they are two years old want to play with dolls rather than smash things, then want to try on dresses around 4, etc., and somehow all end up being gay? Do you really think that they ALL ended up having the same sort of experiences which lead them to become gay later in life just by coincidence? I'm pretty sure all of those people don't go through that. Now, explain why even if these people did become gay, they should not be allowed to marry who they now love?

  • YES experiences do lead SOME to be gay!

Since the 14th century the legal definition of Marriage has been a union between 1 man & 1 woman. Yes there were times when people could be in more than 1 marriage at a time but its NEVER been 2 men until the last few years. Prior to the legal definition it was a religious word meaning a covenant between God, 1 man & 1 woman. Beware of someone who has a NEW fundamental.

    Tolerance YES -- Uniformity NO!

Make up your own word don't steal ours.

  • "Since the 14th century the legal definition of Marriage has been a union between 1 man & 1 woman"

I hope this is not the only real argument you can offer. This argument basically comes down to you saying that because marriage has been done in a certain way for so long, it should not be changed. Slavery has existed for thousands of years, but that doesn't mean we should keep it going.

Equality is more important than holding on to an ancient legal definition of a word.

  • Slavery, are you kidding? What does slavery have to do with changing the definition of marriage?

As for equality you know that same-sex marriage isn't really about two people living as they please, or even government benefits. Its about a bigoted group of activist elites that are determined to force their new view of marriage on the majority of Americans. They dont want equality & wont accept tolerance; they want nothing less than to marginalize the rest of us as if we were the bigots!

  • "Slavery, are you kidding? What does slavery have to do with changing the definition of marriage?"

If you really can't understand this analogy I don't know if I can continue with you. Look, you say we have had marriage like this for a very long time, and that's why we should keep it. For no other reason than because it's been that way forever. The same is true of slavery. It's been around forever. That does not mean it is a good idea to keep it. Thus your reasoning is not good either.

  • You say I dont understand yet neither do you. Here is a simple analogy, lets see if you get it. Lemons have been called lemons for centuries; everyone agrees limes are different than lemons. But changing the definition of marriage to include same sex couples is like including limes in the definition of lemons. Ask for a lemon & you might get a lemon or a lime, because they are the same... BUT THEY ARE NOT! Two men can live together & love each other but its NOT defined as marriage.

  • "Its about a bigoted group of activist elites that are determined to force their new view of marriage on the majority of Americans. They dont want equality & wont accept tolerance; they want nothing less than to marginalize the rest of us as if we were the bigots!"

This is disgusting. You're saying that by wanting equality they are marginalizing you. Seriously, WHAT THE FUCK?!? Come on, somewhere deep down you HAVE to realize how wrong this is.

  • At least my analogy makes sense to most people. Thats why so many of my gay friends & relatives voted YES on prop 8. It makes sense! If you dont get this analogy, think old school Sesame Street, Which one of these things is NOT like the other? Homosexual and heterosexual are NOT the same so why change the definition of words to try to make different things seem to be the same?

  • Just because a boy plays with dolls doesnt mean hes going to end up gay. I still play with dolls & Im more comfortable in the kitchen with the women than in front of the TV with the guys on game day. I have gay friends that have tried desperately to get me to at least experiment with them. But because of my combined life experiences I dont have same-gender attraction. I also have gay relatives & friends who are now ex-gay, not bisexual... They no longer have same-gender attraction!

  • One more thing, the APA's most frequently quoted studies are the SAME studies I'm talking about. Upon closer examination, these studies appear to indicate that being raised in a homosexual family increases the odds of a child later adopting a homosexual lifestyle even in the absence of homosexual attractions. And girls raised by lesbians in particular are more sexually promiscuous. We need to be very cautious in accepting, at face value, much of the research being reported on gays & family life.

  • And Karapari, my mom died before I was old enough to remember. I only remember my life with my dads and my little brothers. They were *awesome* parents. And we had a very happy family. My dads took just as good care of me as a mom would have.

  • w000000000000000000000000000000t no on prop 8 hellz yeah!

  • nonononononnononononnoonono

  • i say yes on prop 8........just to see a reaction video, not because I believe in it!!!XD

  • great vid! NO ON PROP 8!!!! YAAAAAY!!

  • Section 7.5 of the CA Constitution in fact explicitly states that marriage is solely between 1 man and 1 woman. Hence it isn't a rewriting of the CA constitution. If you want to change that, so be it, but don't be dishonest about the CA. Besides, this isn't about equality, but about marriage and what is best for society. Gays don't need marriage. Children are the ones who need it for a home for a mom and dad to raise them in., Yes on 8!

  • straight people dont NEED marriage either they WANT it. gay people dont NEED it either but it would be nice for them to have it. and the kid don't NEED a mum and dad to be married but it's nice for them. it's just the same for them to have same sex parents apart from the fact they would have to adopt. but if you really think that its that bad for a kid to have gay parents and thats just silly, try to ban gay adoption. thats pretty stupid but gay marriage and adoption are different. NO ON PROP 8!

  • sorrry but i lol'ed at:

i think my girlfriend is gay (a guy said it)

    poor fella..

    VOTE NO ON PROP 8!

    AND YAY CANADA!

  • not all canadians are leftist puppets who need attention from the same gender in order to feel good about their lives...

  • this is a really great video.

made my own shirt about voting no

and all my friends called me gay, i spat at

    them.

    NO ON PROP 8

  • lovely video!! prop 8 will be overturned..it's inevitable!!

  • Did you see how it was overturned in California on May 26 2009 by the California Supreme Court? No you didn't, did you?

  • "The California Supreme Court...announced its ruling on May 26, 2009, which UPHELD Proposition 8, but allowed existing same-sex marriages to stand."

    -(Wikipedia's Prop 8 Article)

    Prop 8 won, everyone.

  • Great Video!!!!! Thanks guys!

  • tripletrules--Can you provide documents that endorse the non-Christian atrocities committed by people such as Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Castro, Hitler, Pol Pot, etc? Non-believers always rant about Christians and the Crusades or the Inquisition, but are silent about the deaths caused by those professing no faith in Christ at all.

  • Why do they want the right to get married? What does it stop them from doing? Why does anyone get married? What is the difference these days? What does marriage mean? Because fail to see the difference.

  • the damaging thing was a joke. but srsly, answer my question.

  • haha if it was joke... then your whole argument and just talking doesn't make any sense and doesn't warrant an answer...

besides i countered your question with another question...? and you are asking the wrong question.

and its not so much that its sacred its the rights that are given to married couples that gay couples who want to get "married" want...

  • Oh, shut the hell up yellfireforlove. Just listening to you makes me glad I voted yes on 8. Your lesbian mothers must have really messed with your brain.

  • hmmm whiney whiney whiney, yadda yadda yadda... messed with my brain? hmmm i think they straightened it out about it. I just don't see what the big deal is. Why can't all people be equal. is that so wrong?

    that's all i ask?

what so wrong about gay people getting married!?!

so ilovelife, whats so wrong about gay people getting married!?!

  • ok, first off, jefftrisdale, I'm sorry, that is the worst argument I have heard. second, its not illegal to be gay. It is only illegal for homosexuals to get married. But answer one question. What is sacred about marriage in American culture anymore. why get married? People live together when they are not married. I don't see what the difference is anymore.

  • btw, you used an even worse argument... damage? what damage? you still haven't said what you thought was so damaging! so come now... and his argument was not bad at all... if your opposed to opposite sexs being married then where will you stop...?

and if you're asking why get married? then who cares if they do or not...?

  • Next thing you know they'll be trying to ban marriage between people of two different races,It is so stupid that how people react to gay marriage, like it's really effects their life or something.

  • Just look at what damage is done to children as a result of their parents being ghey. Just look at the guy at 1:55.

  • i'm soooo confused... what damage? the guy at 1:55 seems to be plenty normal and undamaged... and btw its gay... not ghey......

ps. i also still don't see any damage

  • yes, im sure that you have solved that mystery

  • Guess what I did?

I watched 2 seconds of this video. Then I paused it. Then I rated it 1-star.

I did this all after voting Yes on prop 8, because I didn't want to pervert marriage.

inb4 this post gets 100 thumbs down by roving hoardes of angry gays.

  • My name's Jeff. I like cheese fries and I wouldn't have been born were it not for my heterosexual parents.

  • @ jjl1800: Hi Jeff. I avoid fried food as much as possible. I, too, wouldn't have been born were it not for my heterosexual parents. I also know, however, that not all sex is engaged in for procreative purposes. I hope that this does not come as a surprise to you, since it IS a fact. Have a nice day.

  • Hi mistersister, why do you avoid food?

Isn't that counter-intuitive, since food is what keeps you alive?

Also, your anus wasn't designed to facilitate a penis...THAT is a fact.

    :D

  • hello senor tripletrules....

mistersister avoids fried food... why don't you read the posts next time and think about what you're going to say before you respond... cuz that just makes you look stupid.

  • @ yellfireforlove: Good point you made. Then again tripletrules rated this video 1-star because the user "didn't want to pervert marriage" as if the legalization of divorce, or the acceptance of common law living as LEGALLY valid to a marriage taken with oaths somehow hasn't ALREADY perverted the traditional marriage. Don't worry, tripletrules will probably be heading off somewhere for March break, so we'll get a break of our own from ill-considered and immature comments. Take care.
