Ironically I find this song surprisingly "girly" for Tatsuki. Yes Tatsuki is a girl but she's also a tomboy. I would expect Tatsuki's theme song to be a little bit "tougher"

Was Sado and Orihime' close bond to Ichigo the reason why they have powers? If this is true, I would have though Tatsuki had a closer bond to Ichigo than Orihime. Tatsuki was a childhood friend, and Orihime was a friend to Ichigos' friend.

There's one on deviantArt that looks just like Kubo drew it, because the artist practiced enough to make it look like that. So your suspicions are probably correct.
