Something's gotta be wrong with your copy of Mega Man 64, that background noise isn't there on mine when Mega Man Juno is speaking. ??? Voices are quite clear. Also why do you even need to lock on to the enemies? There already so easy to hit, lol. You'll enjoy the game more if you forget that function existed, there's a slight auto aim default anyway. ha. I agree on other aspects though, great review!
awesome review, but I have some disagreements. 1, megaman Legends (PS/PC)/Megaman 64 is a spin off from the original megaman games so they were free to do whatever with the story, I thought it was quite enjoyable. 2, you can change the controls to strafe with the analog stick and turn with z and r, I had to do this to avoid insanity. 3, compressing a game from a disc to a cartridge would cause a decrease of quality in every aspect but yes, the voices should have been louder, that I agree with.
@Mejustbeinme2 Cool, I actually agree with you on those points. Given that I gave the game a bad score, I did enjoy the game. The controls were still bad imo even after messing with the settings. Also, this is a review of MegaMan 64, not necesarily MegaMan Legends, which I would hope would have better audio quality than the voices in MM64. Thanks a ton for your feedback, I really appreciate it. :)
@CleanVideoGameNerd hey no problem ^_^, I enjoyed the review. I think the controls are a lot easier set to strafe with the control stick though everyone is different...and the release date of this game was about 10 years ago, lol. even though it's true that this is a review of mm64, all 3 games are the same, and trust me, the PS version has better everything. can't wait to see more.
@Medowin He's not copying AVGn. He's just using it to get his point across. He's not a fan of swearing and avgn swears a TON. So he uses that dramatic irony for his name. I find his reviews in no way like AVGNs.
You do realize that the Mega Man Legends series takes place AFTER the classic, X, Zero and ZX series, right?

@STATIKFY Yeah, I thought it fit. :) Also, the review music is actually from Battletoads, which is an odd choice for a megaman game. o.O

Many have told you, but Legends/64 is in its own series thousands of years after the Classic series...
