well karishma has improved a lot and has done some Surgery on her face.... look at those early stages in 1992 when she looks like a man and didn't even know how to act..but 1997 till 2008 she looks beautiful and stylish..her acting was great if u see in fiza zubeidaa which was released in 2001...wish all the best and still expecting if she come in movies again....

It seems like Karisma takes care of herself more than Kareena. While Kareena's weight is always yoyo-ing (not that there's anything wrong with that). Karisma always has a good figure (not too skinny or fat) and def. maintains herself while Kareena seems a lil looser in that department and isn't as polished.
