It definitely looks like a yawn, yes. But haven't any of you ever taken a hit to the jaw? Or even had it click or pop? What do you do? You open your mouth really wide like that. I somehow think it's more likely his jaw (or helmet which holds the jaw pretty closely courtesy the chin strap) got jarred and he was just checking that joint, than he got bored playing the premier rival of the Packers. Of course GB fans are everywhere but people who don't even know about or watch the sport tend to like the Packers, even more than the Cowboys. GB winning has a lot to do with it. Urlacher's career hasn't been first-ballot worthy. He's had some dominant seasons and was one a key player on Super Bowl-winning team but his career hasn't been awe-inspiring.

Briggs isn't getting in. He's been OLB in a 4-3 his entire career and hasn't racked up gaudy stats like Derrick Brooks did. He's been a darn good player but he's not HOF-worthy.

He may have been several years ago but no longer. There are a good number of LBs, specifically ILBs, you could argue are better than him right now. And on the Bears, Forte and Peppers are two players clearly better than him. He's not the Ray Lewis of the NFC. If anyone deserves that mantle, it's Patrick Willis.

A lot of things went for the Bears in '09. Missing Urlacher was just one them.
