I think it just depends on your bow skills/exp, as well as on fury mode.

wait you have immortal do you? do you know where you can get mystic spiritgem and earth's gift?

both you can get from "from the depths" mission. both are rare drop so luck orb and serenpidity chi would be useful

First off, use your bow a lot. Do this to master how the bow works, at the same time, your Bow Skills/Exp will increase, allowing you to equip better weapons. Then just spam with the bow, hold the lock-on button, left or right analog, dash, and shoot arrows. It's very effective because you move while you attack. Equip a salvo chi to max out your damage.

Good luck, it's not that hard to practice.
