He requests you all to help test/debug the service as his Indian Reps, SRIRAMULU AYODHYA (SAM) and JAGANNATH HAGUPAL (JOE) assured him that the "Quality" will be as good as Dells award winning customer support. Their other major client, Michael Dell confirms.
