oh is true you can read it in hd the high quality ones never seem to make a diffrence so i never tryed it again but the high deffinition ones do really well!!!!
haha when i read your comment jmak124 i thought it was going to be like a load of papers or something that should of been recyled.... but it is that brown bag in there that says that how the hell did you see that? wow lol that halariouse would never of saw that :P
Pack-on-the-go sure does make a big difference! And this Labrie has seemingly faster packers than most! Loved the part where that board got stuck between the packer and hopper-body wall, and you could hear the truck struggling :D Now does Allied do the greens or is WM contracted to do that in addition to bulk? Thanks a ton for producing all this footage!!
This Labrie seems to have a faster packer than any of the ones I have used in the past. I ran Labrie MSL's back when I worked at WM, and my Mcneilus puts them all to shame. On my tuesday route I see the WM guy in my area, we pick up on the same day (he has far less stops than me) and hes usually driving a Wittke MSL, I was the first person to drive that truck when it was brand new (2002). I always try to beat him to certain areas, thats how I judge how good/fast I'm doing on tuesday...
...I try to be done with my route before he finishes the first half of his. The current WM driver is pretty good, (I have seen many come and go in the past 6 years on this route) but the trucks are crap, and their shop sucks- the trucks are always leaking something-engine/transmission/hydraulic oil and/or garbage juice. You can tell where a WM stop is even when they dont have cart out, just look for the signature stains on the pavement in front of the house lol!
Yeah on my monday and tuesday WM and Casella are on the same streets. I do the same thing you do by judging how good your day is to when the other guys come through. During the one bulk pick up WM had two guys on the back of the truck and I watched them put a coach in the truck. They were struggling. It took them like 3 minutes to get the coach in. I was about to get out and put it in myself. lol This packer is fast and I learned a few more tricks to move faster. I'll get more video for sure
Hey Eric, do you think you could grab some video of that Wittke MSL (just a drive by would work), I see a few in pictures but they never were very popular for long. It'd just be neat to see one in video :) Thanks for the reply(s) everyone
It handles the trash very well for a split. Unfortunately, it does not look like many of your customers put their recyclables in the recycling bin. The route looks more like 90/10 right now.
never seen anything like it before. the divider in the middle is used both as a crusher and well a divider lol. i really like how this system of collection works; recycle and trash in one route. what company is this and where. would really like to see some side angles as well if possible thanks. overall great video. 5 stars and fav
Great job! I really like your dual lifter and dual divider chute set-up. The hopper on your truck must be larger than the standard Expert 2000's because I don't think mine could fit 2 carts wide. Can't wait to see more! 5 Stars and FAV!
Thanks. Yeah the chutes are awesome. I found out that I do not need the poker stick to push trash out from under the tote. A quick tap of the chute upward and the trash slides down. As for the hopper Im not 100% but I believe all the newer Experts are this size. Im sure i'll be corrected
Does that Packer blade have those jagged bag poppers on it?

Damn 5 tons on garbage side and 1 tons of recycle side, won't your truck flip over by unbalance side on way to dump?

2 Carts at one time. A speed up work compare to a traditional truck with one cart tipper.

Because of how high the totes are lifted, it only takes a second before the next tote can be dumped. Its way faster than using the rearloader
