@WilliamAztech I thought that too, but there's a snag (possibly 2); the 1988 WTIL? releases all have a non-white background on the info label on the actual vinyl. (KLF004T has a green background, and KLF004R has a yellow background) The info label seen in this video has a white background.

The other potential snag is... had WTIL? actually been released when this was made? Some have even suggested it could be "Burn The Beat". Pity we can't see the cat. no.!
