You are an inspiration to me, i love all of your videos. Your movements are so fluid and i love seeing the way you progress in your videos. I defiantly want to get my friends to train like this, limited space + getting as creative as possible. The whole UTG series never fails to get me lusty for some training. please keep them coming.
BTW do you have any music recommendations, I love all the ambient, harmonic music in the background
This would be great for those days when it is raining, I can get under the pavilion and do some of these exercises. He looks like he has a lot of the same muscle tone as I do, which gives me hope that It is not too late for me to get more into parkour.
It is a good video though. I don't have easy access to the city for regular everyday practicing purposes. It would help me to see more videos of traceurs utilizing an area like this.
I like this video! this is the kind of most important training to me, focusing on yourself and doing basics. the best way to develop and improve your skills in a safe way!
@inffig That's what the U in UTG stands for. It's "unusual" training grounds. It's for people with limited access to cities or more "usual" training areas. No one's sitting there eating or anything, it's an unused table. Stop hating Americans and go train.

For studying purposes, it would be better if you didn't speed up the footage.

@drailluos The U stands for unconventional, not unusual. Sorry about that.

@PloParkour You might appreciate it in a few years time when the importance of full exploration of one obstacle makes more sense.

@PloParkour sorry if training is boring to you.

@PloParkour it is boring. if someone wants to train like this then noone should ever stop them, but its not the sort of thing you want to film.
