Can u explain step by step how you two strand twist ur hair? Like, is it after you shampoo and condition ur hair or do u allow ur hair 2 dry first and then moisturize and twist? THX!

I've twisted my hair both ways, after washing & conditioning, and while dry. I think I like my twistout results better when I do the twists on dry hair.
