@BrendanM29: You don't know what you're talking about. This song is written to be sung in that style. It's not that far different from the album version. Also, have you sung a whole concert? You have to pace yourself for 10+ songs in a row, being sure that you don't overdo it and ruin your voice. Studio recordings are like 100 meter sprints in running, short bursts of explosive singing. A concert is like a marathon in running. Speak not on that which you don't know.

I've seen him a couple of times singing live, via video, and i've always felt he doesn't do this song justice. He, as i said, seems to just growl his way thru it (and lacks intencity), which is a far cry from the album recording. I'm not stupid, i didn't expect it to be a duplicate of what you'd get on the album, but i just expected better. I've seen bands perform live and they've got alot closer to their cd recordings than Justin did in this video and the ones i've seen.

Amen. The art of a concert is one of the most brutal things you'll do. Physically, emotionally, you must balance, read your audience, and pace your own momentum to give your fans (def.: those who appreciate what an artist has to SAY) your very best on each and every song. UNbeleivable musicanship. How many bands today can actually play/sing this well in such a stripped down event? When all the production, and the autotune, and the remix, and the doubling is gone? I have seen karaokes that more reverbs running on the board. That was just simply amazing.
