@khuram1995 Hey he doesn't train his guys, he uses a program called pokegen. Pokegen let's you have any pokemon any level with any moves but of cause you have to make it have legit stats and moves for it to work

Dumb question but why don't you evolve your Melons? Yeah sure the eviolite stone raises its defence a little but when it evolves its base HP, defence and special defence raise 5 each and its attack raises 30. You should evolve it and equip it with another more useful item.

Also Spade "Hail kind of sucks anyways" o_o Hail is great in UU especially with Hippowdon being BL. I guess it's the first impression you get from facing people using Hail and 6 Ice pokemon(AKA you're doing it wrong) A good Hail team can be very tough to beat.

I'm guessing the main reason smogon put hippowdon in BL is because they don't want the lower stage and the higher stage in an evolution chain to be in same tier.

@ploppman1 No that's not the reason, Smogon wouldn't let that sway what goes in what tier. They ban stuff from OU to Ubers if it either is broken or over-centralizes the metagame, so I'm assuming it applies to UU, but I may be wrong

I kind of miss Hippowdon in UU because I really liked using Dilbur on my sand team, but I can see why they would try and keep weather mostly in OU. Hippowdon can be a pain if it starts phazing and youre not running a particularly hard hitting water/grass type.
