@Zarehlsk8 go to File > Import, and choose the corresponding ACAD file format from the format dropdown list. Note: This works differently on different versions of SKP. SKP 7 - works in free or pro; SKP 7.1 - works in Pro, and works in free with use of plugin available from Downloads > Plugins section of SKP website; SKP 8 - only works with SKP 8 Pro.

You can also use the "follow me" tool and go around the entire perimeter, without intersecting lines. 10 times faster!

@xhibitdesign yes, that's certainly an option. but you would want to keep an eye out for edges that don't meet perfectly at the corners, edges that are not parallel to the SU axes, and variable wall thicknesses - all things that a follow-me tool method, or offset / push-pull could get you into some trouble down the road.

Hello, I import the certain components in my model and saved the model. Than I have deleted them, but the model size has remained the same, is there any way to reduce size of this model?

@inava2 Go to Window > Model Info > Statistics, and click Purge Unused. That will purge your model from all unused Components, Materials, Layers and Styles. Then save the model, after which, you will likely see a reduction in the size of your file.

another option would be to copy it from the bottom corner instead of selecting the middle of the line and locking the direction... line tool would be easy as well...
