that mostly means that the access int is not a good. one. it means that there IS an access point, but no internet supply is there to back it up ot give you...well......internet.

that is the same thing as a WEP code. (Just a different code type) if you know the WPA code then your good to go. If the signal is yours, you should have typed in ur personalized code in the past to enable WPA in the first place. So, you pretty much have to recover your code to get on. if the signal is not yours, then good luck trying to ask the owner "Hey, I want free internet for mah PSP, do you mind giving me your code?"

Sorry, you would have to find that out yourself. many people have different programs. Look for sum kind of "Wireless internet settings" place. that is all I can say. I am actually making a video on WEP codes, so look out for it
