No it doesn't sound like Pantera at all. Songs are all about lyrics and attitudes. This song has the groove of 90's metal but the silly lyrics and vocal line totally destroys it. Pantera is a band from Texas singing stereotypical redneck songs about hate and racism. Don't get confused.
