What will ultimitaly be the greatest laughable irony of all. Will be how the WTO will inadvertantly save the Delta. By backing up the Port of Stockton. The last thing the WTO wants is an International Port of Entry, as important as both Stockton & Sacramento ( Stockton in particular ) are to the Pacific Rim's Economy become "unnavigable". I wish to commend the powerful "Port of Stockton's" Governing Board for laying the funk down on Schwartzeneggar & Quinn's little water thievery! Safe to say the Port of Stockton's Board are no angel's themselve's. But, they should be complimented for "sounding general quarter's and standing by their gun's". Ready to open fire. It makes perfect sence. With a lack of water in the Delta, they won't be able to get their big Ocean Going Cargo Ships up the Channel!

Besides said editorial being very informative. For the record (no pund intended), The Stockton Record is a very sterling middle of the road paper. Not at all leaning to far to one side or another. So such can be very well trusted as nothing less than "common sence" and "logic".
