@MythicalFlop Yes it does!!! Everytime you go to your ship and select a world it tells you how many bolts are missing.

@ABP196 you are probably missing deep space bolt. Since that one isnt mentioned.

@Pirawt Aim the green crosshair at the middle part of the ring before you go through it. The next ring after turns a cyan color. If you just look at the crosshair and the rings and not the ship, it is easier to blow through the course, I was able to do it with Triple Acceleration engine this way. Frustrating I know...about 50 retries here.

@Pirawt yeah, I had that problem on the third Ace challenge, the one with the towers in the rain (Gorn) 3:45 in the video above, a section after you fly through a tower, the rings turn abruptly to the left off the screen, you just have to guess and memorize. Another thing is that once you boost ahead for a while, it takes a LONG while for him to catch up, so you can fly through the hard parts really slow. The only place I use boost are when the rings are really far apart..

@KILLA12PSN when u have the boots that walk on the wall then go back to planet oozola and go to megacorp store right to the end where u have to activate your dinamo and jump over those things that come in your way . if u wanna go to those things u have to go left but u go forward and u will se a wall (that is when u need the boots) climb up the wall then fight that crazy monster and ta da u will get it

In order to get the platinum bolts in the race events, you need to pass through all of the rings.

My technique was to rapidly tap the boost button which makes you go faster without using any of the fuel. Then I just kept restarting the race until I eventually got all of the rings =D
