It's like it is with Bone Thugs N Harmony; after classics like E99 Eternal, the fans just build up this hype and set unrealistic standards and if the group doesn't deliver like they did back in the day, fans spit on the record like its the worst ever - despite the fact that it blows most mainstream albums out of the water.
