The crystal in my receiver went dead after 4 days. Heli-max refused to honor the warranty and charged me $18 to fix it. My first Heli-max product and my last. Their customer service sucks! You have to send the heli to them at YOUR expense. Plus they charge you for anything they claim isn't a mfr defect. Beware. I paid $100 for this thing and with shipping back to factory, had to put another $35 in it 4 days later to get it to run. When it did run, it was just 'ok'. Had better.
