I actually once turned on a washing machine that had two kittens in by accident once, thankfully I heard them meowing after a minute or so and they where fine, just very wet.

I made sure I checked after that.

One, I was just reporting what the guy's original comment said when I made that post, because it had gotten top comment responses and people were making complaints that they couldn't find it.

Two, that observation of yours has been made at least once about the original comment.

Just keep in mind to always shut your washer and dryer. Cats love to get in them. My cat died because my mother didn't know the cat was in the dryer, and she started it for laundry.
