@chrisstorvik But Santa Clause has become the symbol of American holiday capitalism, and represents a religious holiday. He also gives western luxuries to children who did not work for them. And the Soviet version of "give from the rich to the poor" was "imprison the rich as enemies of Marxism and give all their assests to the state, and then steal food from farmers during famines".
