I found a way to explain this really simple:
Money = Right to physical resource
System as it is now = Some have tied down physical resource in the desire to have more and power over others. There is abundance. But abundance is tied down to a very few people through having more money.
Equal money system = All have equal money. All have equal right to physical resource. Profit no longer a issue as having power over others is not possible through money. As all have equal money.

You cannot "issue" money, unless you have it (or steal it with fraud or violence).
You cannot issue currency as something other than debt.

Everything in the world is owned by someone.

All are fighting to survive. All are in debt. All need to make more, and more, and more. Or be swept away. That's the rules of our current system. Created on debt.
There are few who even owns their own house. And all go to work everyday to get the basic stuff to be able to survive for another month. We're all in debt. Take away that debt and survival would end and resources would be shared equally.
This means that a few will not be able to hold power over the rest through debt.

Liberty is based on self-ownership, but there is a difference between personal property (natural property) and "private property" (state-enforced contractual, or "legal" property). One has to do with liberty, the other violence and fraud.
