i used to eat this when i was in indonesia but can't remember what it is called (and therefore can't find the recipe)... but it used nangka mudah (young jackfruit). It was a spicy dish.
It is like a semi-dry red curry? Similar texture to a rendang, but with nangka....but obviously not a rendang!...
If you know the dish, could you make a video on how to make it? Or could someone give me the recipe? :) Thank you!
