  • I love it,do you sell

  • Excellent german shepherd.........***** star

  • He's beautiful!

  • nice dog

  • Nice dog. Man do i miss my Import Shepherd... The very best, balanced breed, hands down..

  • he is so freakin awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • what a freakin bad beast!!!! good genes

  • Holy shit he hits like a tank. Thats some good genes Boss has.

  • Nice :D

  • I want his pups

  • 100%awesomness i have a 12 yr old femaleshes the best !!

  • i'd hate to see that guy's arm if he wasn't wearing that pad shit.

  • @HRRyan2 I'd love to see that lol

  • Sure looks like he enjoys his work. Hits hard to. Should be named LineBacker.

  • @BlueGama600 This is the fastest you've seen? Not even close. Check out some Schutzhund training videos. Definitely not a slow breed!

  • @obsoletefloppy A 150 lb. shepherd of any lines , show or working, is way oversized. I'm not a novice when it comes to german shepherds. I also have a 4 year old german showline about 75 lbs. I can't even imagine a 150 lb. shepherd. The standard calls for a medium size dog!

  • They are awesome and fiercely loyal dogs. My Mums German Shepherd prevented her from being attacked during a woodland walk. Amazing.

  • Where is the dog from? Germany?

  • I have a 2 yr. old black female shepherd from Czech border patrol lines. She weighs about 72 lbs. When i read about 100 or 150 lb. german shepherds it boggles my mind. Well bred females should be 55-80 lbs., and males 70-90 lbs. I just attended a PSA training and the dogs were mainly belgian malinois.

  • @gsdsteve A 150 lb shepherd does sound heavy, but usually, German Shepherds of the show-line are heavier than German Shepherds of the working-line.

  • You should see what mine does to a couch in side my squads cabin. The Sargent got tackled two times

  • My uncle has a german shepherd, one of the most amazing dogs i have ever seen, they are extremely smart, eager to protect their masters, as a police dog they love what they do, eager to do it, they are gentle as well as a family dog, my uncle can throw a tbone steak (fully cooked) and tell the dog to sit and wait, walk away into another room, the dog will stay put until my uncle snaps his finger, that dog is very loyal.

  • @SonEriccs Awesome dogs!! BTW the Steak is better for the dog raw. My GSD eats a raw meat diet, chicken necks (bones and all) Chicken breast.. All kinds of stuff he loves it. :D

  • mine eats the exact same. haha how old is yours mine is turning 2 years old

  • It didn't matter to them that he wasn't like them, he was family, and they weren't going to let anything harm him.

  • I own two GSDs and one Boxer. One GSD is 120lbs, the other GSD is 150lbs, and the Boxer is 60lbs (all males). Somehow a stray Rott (probably about 130lbs) got inside my fenced in area and started growling and walking toward my Boxer, he ran across my yard to where my two GSDs were at and hid himself behind them, the Rott chased him only to find two very unhappy GSDs waiting for him. I came out and got the Rott to leave before anything got bad, but I'll never forget how protective my GSDs were.

  • I have to laugh at the fight between the GSD and Mal. folks. Both are great breeds with bad individual dogs as well as great dogs. Both do protection to the top level but in a different way. In some ways it's like arguing that an auto pistol is better than a revolver. They do the same job with the same effect. That guy that breaks into your house won't be able to complain that you shot him with a .357 instead of a 10 mm. He won't know the difference between the bite of either breed.

  • amazing dog !

  • There goes my hero...

  • Esta German Shepherd es el abuelo de mi nin/a Dana

  • This song is great with this vid, made me a bit emotional.

  • Good action, only need the maniqui with the baston up and amazing the dog in the other hand. My femal germany shepherd had in her pedigree to: grando von patterson, and other four world champions and was champion in Cuba for three years, and now I want star t again but I dont know where can I buy a good genetic germany shepherd in USA.

  • gsd are the best

  • Thumbs up if you think the child killing pit bulls should be outlawed!!!

  • @whtpwr01 No but I think stupid, irresponsible dog owners should! 99 times out of 100 it is the fault of the owners when dogs attack. People get big strong dogs and have no idea how to look after/train them properly. Problems arise when the dog thinks it is the top dog in the family.

  • @whtpwr01 I've had GSD and I've had Pits, It's the owners. My pit bull was always under control and was easily commanded off leash. It takes a strong mind to have either dog. Having a dog is always a challenge it is especially a challenge with intelligent breeds such as the GSD and APBT.

  • I think your dog is truly amazing. Any negative comments are from those who are bitter and jealous. Would love to see more videos.

  • I imported this dog for my wife and she is the owner. Boss is even better than this video shows! I had no idea that this video was on Y-Tube. Boss would know doubt give up his life to protect if he had to! German Shepherds are extemely loyal and dedicated dogs!!!

  • @bossowner1 You're so right. We've had 5. They were all brill with my baby daughter. Hollie was the biggest and scariest (to strangers lol) and when my daughter had just started walking she fell HARD onto an ageing, fast asleep Hollie. Hollie got a HUGE fright and I thought she was going to bite my daughter's face (I almost died!) but as soon as she saw it was her baby, she stopped in her tracks and the bare teeth changed to big sloppy kisses instantly. GSD = Fantastic breed!

  • great GSD! but why wasn't he trained to attack the arm with the weapon???

  • @joeshmoe12301230 That's what I think too. Dogs should be trained to attack the arm with the weapon, right? But a lot of people don't train their dogs that way. I am not sure what their reason is.

  • Nobody ever said the Pitbull was a great guard dog. In fact, they are shitty guard dogs. I've had 4 pitsand I love pitbulls. Amazing, beautiful, athletic smart dogs. But they are only bred to fight other dogs. They are not wired for protecting or guarding. They are good for thwarting danger and anything or anyone that could be a threat because of their scary look.

  • Though I still have gotten every dog I've owned from a shelter, as far as pure breeds go, I love the german shepherd, though I can't decide if I like the American or German lines better, both have absolutely beautiful dogs and other benefits

  • Nice. He can sure fly lols.

  • German sheperd number 1 and the most intelligent and friendly dog

  • The GSD was actually bred to be a working dog, not to protect. That's just in their nature, one of the bonus' of owning a GSD I guess.

  • The pitbull actually is not bred for protection it was bred for fighting. The German Shepherd was bred for protection along with the Rottweiler and the Doberman.

  • 40kg rocket...

  • i like gsds, rotties or dobermans as protection breeds

  • best dogs ever

  • nice dog, he is intense and loves to do what he does

  • It will never be a attack dog like a malinois, or a Dutch Sheppard (Hollandse Herder).. But he's good..

And i like mine... For EVAH !

  • Friend till the end...

  • @sickasapuppy .

Say hello to my little friend...............Ha!

  • That is at least a $10,000 dog and worth every penny. I would be curious to know how much someone did pay for him.

  • 500

  • GSD all the way!

  • My Husky doesnt have problems .. She attacks when told , she was trained to do so . German Shepherds are not the ONLy dogs that attack .

  • Attacking is a lot more complex than it seems. The dog has to attack the arm with the weapon, know exactly how to attack to disable the arm, release on command no matter what and ignore threats unless told to do otherwise.

Any dog can be trained to do it, even a wolf can do it if you dedicated all your time to training it. It's just that GSDs with proper breeding excel at the job due to their intelligence and flexibility. They aren't the only breed that excels at it, though.

  • Yes i KNOW how to train a dog to attack. Like i said my Siberian husky DOES attack when told on the correct arm .

  • I'm not doubting you, that would be rude of me. You should stated you were a professional trainer from the start.

I see you make a lot of videos of your Huskies, they are very beautiful and well bred. You should show a video of one doing proper attack exercises, I've never seen a *pure* Husky perform like the GSD in this video. Most people won't train them for the purpose because they have a poor physiology for the job.

My compliments again, very nice dogs.

  • how did u teach him to attack people like this??

  • thanks for the info

  • ggot a german instead but hes very laid back because hes half american half german

  • good dog..good music..:D

  • my sib husky puppy thats now 5months old already attacks when old and jumps over stuff .

  • Huskies shouldn't be used for protection work. Their natural breed characteristics and their natural working drive are not suitable for protection. If your husky is willing to do this type of thing, then chances are he has a dominant/aggressive tempermant that is not natural. I would reccommend you discontinue protection trials with your animal. (Even though its pretty obvious that you're only posting this to enhance your e-peen, and you dont have a trained protection dog.)

  • im actually thinking of buying a standard poodle as a protection dog ps beatiful dog

  • @pugly02 I have one and he's awesome.

  • very beautiful dog, great training! My 15 lb miniature Portugues Podengo dog is a protection dog too.

  • bootiful dogs. not my fave but close my friend has an 8 month pup xx

  • muy buen perro me gusta la fuerza con la que se lanza al brazo en genial que siga a si !!

  • MY GSD PUPPYS

    watch?v=GRKOauBpGT0

  • cool i have a gs too

  • I hope my GSD puppy turns out to be as sick as Boss! Im currently doing training with him

  • He totally kicks ass. Thanks.

  • fucking awesome i have about three quarters of an acre of land do you think i could have a german shepard

  • Fabulous creatures for protection of your home, yourself and your family.

  • my dog ish like that if u say help it will attack

  • Awesome video! If you like GSD's, check out my video- springpole German shepherd Tank,

its my 10 year old German shepherd not only griped like a vice on a bitepad, but also ripping it off!

  • ha ha...I tried to teach my Golden Retriever to to this.(he's pretty good at it too seeing as he's about as big as most GS...BUT)...He doesn't relate to the pad as being a human arm...just another TOY for him to rag, he's never shown any aggression towards any living thing (he even gets out of the way of cockroaches)...but give him a pad or rope and he'll destroy it.

I don't think he'd attack an intruder unless for some reason the intruder decided to put the pad on and play tug of war with him.

  • lol dude your fucking cool !

  • Why the hell would any normal person even consider the option of one dog fighting another? Michael Vick wannabe. Dogs do what they are bred for and act according to the affection balanced with discipline that thier owners give them.

  • I believe it! These are loving affectionate animals. (I Have 2) but they are bred to be typically "German": highly efficient, perfectly engineered for tier task and mean as hell when you tell them to.

  • I AGREE 110 % with you man

  • GREAT SONG,EXCELENTT DOG!!!

  • nice doggy.

  • Piękny Piesek :]

  • If that's not elegance in action, then I don't know what is!! Wow-gorgeous!

  • Ahhh nice dogs ! My family hade shepards i think since 1840 ! The last female shepard was "Bella" she died 6 years ago ! Grrr i need a new one !

  • GSD Standart was designed in 1899 by German Rittmeister Max von Stephanitz --

his Dog Horand von Grafrath was SZ 1

  • WoW! 59 years before Capt. Max non Stepanitz registered Horand. Good Trick

  • my garage just got burglarized yesterday we might get a German shepherd as a pet and guard dog.

    :] i love these dogs!

  • Mean looking dog alright.

Like the music also, anyone know what it's called?

  • hero - foo fighters

  • how do you train the dog to do that?

  • Beautiful GSD :)

  • i have about 7.5 acres and want a guard dog..i have a small jack Russell at moment but want to get a guard dog.. which would you prefer and you think will suit me and my property ???? ROTTWEILER OR GERMAN SHEPHERD .. id like to hear your opinion ... im in Australia by the way ..cheer mate.

  • German sheperd all the way i like rotts but they arent as good of a guard dog and ps german sheperds love to run

  • German shepherds make excellent guard dogs and so do rottweilers but have you ever given the king shepherd a thought. Their awesome dogs and fierce protectors of their families. Our KS is a very very loyal, fearless and fierce protector and their size is nothing to mess with lol. Good luck on finding a new companion. cheers.

  • A well-bred DOBERMAN is MY top choice....brains AND beauty!

  • Hi connexwolf

I saw your comment yesterday and calld an friend he´s a Dog trainer and Expert

He told me you should buy a

    Rhodesian Ridgeback (Lionhunter)

    or an

    East German Shepherd (Grey)

No West German Shepherd (like in the vid) for the reason that they are overbred today ! (The most have problems with the hip !

  • i would say go for the german shepperds because they are great obedient, easy to train and they are the most protective and loyal friend u will evere have.

  • fuck your stupid pit bull you fucking nigger

  • hey -thegamebreedpit- stfu cuz u bring any pit in front of any of my germen sheps ur pit is gona cry too the ground u fucking asshole pits are gay dogs and u cant do anything about it germen sheps will beat any pit or dog too the ground if he/she has too u bitch

  • You obviously are very ignorant of dog breeds. ;)

  • and youre a dumb ass cock sucking fag you fuck face frog man

  • Amen to that.....and annyway, why the f*ck is it even a discussion, whe don't have different breeds to find out how they fight eachother, but to have dogs for every job, going from familydogs to protectiondogs

  • Well said! Even if i feel my dog is tough enough,, i would never allow him to fight, he's my pet and i love him! I can tell we are on the same page, thats cool!

  • Pitbulls and german shepherds are both excellent dogs in their own right. Though I seriously doubt the average purebred pitbull could take down the average purebred german shepherd (pure pits are actually supposed to be much smaller than the 'pits' you see celebrities boasting), so you are correct in that respect.

  • Guys, hate the owner, not the dog. Both breeds are great

  • -aperro55 AND thegamebreedpit- NEITHER of you morons should be allowed to own dogs. There is a HUGE difference between teaching a dog to attack for personal protection and USING A DOG to fight for your own personal satisfaction (or to back up your pathetic internet-tough-guy bullshit). FIGHT EACH OTHER IF YOU'RE SO BADASS. UNTIL YOUR DOG CAN GET ON THE KEYBOARD AND TYPE EMPTY THREATS TO ANONYMOUS FUCKTARDS LEAVE HIM OUT OF IT.

  • maybe you already got a dog, but if not, please don't get a german shepherd dog. they need to be exercised a lot and it is not enough to have them in the yard. if you need a protection dog that can stay by ITSELF in the yard, get a turkish shepherd. these dogs are the strongest in the world and on of the oldest as well. they are loyal, independent, good with kids,BEAUTIFUL and very protective. they might cost you a bit, as they are rare, but IMO there is no better dog for your needs

  • For a while the Pitbull was SUPPOSEDLY the toughest dog,, then the Tosa had the rep,, now the Kangal seems to be getting that rep. Here's the thing though, since before most of us on this page were born, the German shepherd has been the #1 guard dog breed, serving the armed forces, and the all the best qualities blended in one; strength, stamina, big, but not clumsy, agile, and smarts! So keep your Pits, Kangal, Tosa, Bandog, Presa's, whatever, CAUSE THE GERMAN SHEPHERD IS STILL #1 GUARD DOG!!

  • don't get me wrong, I have a GSD myself, but the problem with them is, you can't just leave them alone in the yard all day. They need to be exercised, as they are smart as hell and they HAVE to use their brain. Otherwise they might go crazy. A kangal is for the use better in that way, that you can leave it all day by itself.(natural) protection of the house has 1st priority. And as they are big as an elephant, the message NOT to enter your yard is clear. My mum has one. Amazing dogs!

  • It's been created for that....It's not the BEST it's the easyest one to teach that skills because of the nice balance of qualities that dog has. It can get agressive and by command again just guarding.

Getting a Pit agressive is not diffecult, getting it back next to you is harder then with a GS....If you go hunting on wild pigs i would prefere a Pit because they are compact and having massive jaws

Whe should not talk about thoughnes but about skills

  • @1sowild People who use Pitbulls for guarding or protection are stupid. They where breed to be dog aggressive, not the other way around. Just my two cents.

  • @im1greatman Well said!

  • @im1greatman It is a tell tale sign of a byb. I had a pitbull I am pretty sure she would tell the robber where the flatscreen is for some good petting. Functionally useless as a protector, on the other hand a very good at belly flopping off rocks into the ocean.

  • @1sowild true that

  • @1sowild i say the #1 dog for people with strong mind (german shephers need a strong minded owner or will not listen) but golden retriever is best dog for people that do not have a strong mind

  • I agree with you 100%!! No dog can beat the German Shepherd.

  • @FenderBassgirl GS aint got anything on the Belgian Shepherd(Malinois) check out Isreal dogs on youtube!!!!.....German shepherds are a die ing breed in all ways .

  • @loukingatmycok

I've worked with Belgian Malinois's and they are very good dogs. But German Shepherds still have that certain way about them that make them better than a Malinois.

  • @FenderBassgirl I disagree! Malinois are more Tenacious, more agile, faster, and have more prey drive and Heart.Dont get me wrong i'm a Nuetral(i own Staffordshire bull Terriers and Bull Terriers),Theyre more dog in a smaller package, and better looking....thats all basses covered lol...

  • @loukingatmycok

Yes, they do have a more prey drive, but a GSD has that special bond with it's partner and has more determination than a Malinois has.

  • @1sowild german sheperd is intellgent but any dog can be if you put your time into it, i had a rednose pitbull and it was protective over me when other people came close to me, its all down to the owner some pricks make pitbulls fight i hope they rot in hell, its no dogs nature to fight till death but they have made pitbulls do that so its there genes, i say not to make pitbull illegal make the owner illegal from owning a beautiful breed

  • Not to mention they weigh around 80kg, some 90kg, some even 100kg.

Well that's my opinion anyway. I think the CO is the best guard dog. But the CO is not trainable like a GSD.

By the way, this is the fastest GSD I have ever seen. I never knew GSD's could be this fast. GSD's are usually slow at running due to their bad hips, no offense.

And before you even mention it, yes I got a new account :P.

  • @BlueGama600 With the hips, it depends on the line, this appears to be a "working line" GSD, that does NOT have a sloping back, those are the good ones! The slant back, showline GSD are NOT functional working dogs, and it sickens me that this continues. Those are the ones with bad hips. For me, give me a box shaped, stocky built, but not overly big German shepherd, those are the real workers!

  • @1sowild Yes the working-line GSD's are actually very sturdy dogs. Have you seen the old pictures of the German Shepherds back in WW2? They were short and stocky but would have been solid and tough.

They could also do shit like climb ladders, run fast etc.

  • @BlueGama600 this is the fastest gsd you have seen..............are u blind or just plain stupid

  • @leggatt2006 No, it really is the fastest, because thwey are a slow breed in general

  • @BlueGama600 my German Shepherd was the fastest GS I ever saw by along shot, probably because he didn't have the classic German Shepherd body type. He was on the small side and had some seriously chunky hind quarters and no slope to his back. He had one of his back legs amputated but could still tear it up on 3 legs:

    watch?v=_j9l5JQ8XQA

    watch?v=2g0Q1yMJFA4

On 4 legs he was insane.

  • @banditvibe Well that's what I meant. German Shepherds are usually very slow due to their weak hips, they have no power in their back legs.

He could still tear it up on 3 legs? Sounds like one insane dog lol.

By the way, your links don't work.

  • but please don't cut it's ears. there is no need to do that! the breeds name is KANGAL

  • your not allowed to crop the ears of a dog in Australia. soo no worries there

  • Why can't you just enjoy the beauty and majesty of this dog? Not find something wrong with this?

  • hands down amazing GSD mine is 4months old and now im wishing my gsd "Kaiser" will be like boss haha

  • my gsd awesome protecter we dont have the best neighborhood so hes awesome! :]

  • Awesome.

  • i love the slow mo heeling part

  • That

    dog

    is

    gorgeous.

  • He's a beautiful creature. How long has he had this trainig for?

  • In Germany they need to be trained for 36 Month to be allowed to get Highest class.

    SchH3 IPO3

  • awesome animal!

  • i dont know the song but that is how every german shepherd(that is trainedcorrectly feels ) i know i do and i will even more when mine (euro blood line is grown he is only 3 months old now check him out on my channel

  • now thats a big german shepherd. nice and stocky. i would be scared of that dog.

  • beautiful! how old and how much does your puppy weight?

  • es el animal mas hermoso q existe...

  • beautiful dog

  • i love german shepaeds

  • What? No stick hits?

I'd like to see the dog do some defense work; he launches great and seems to have a nice bite, solid grip, though.

  • nice

  • I fully understand and appreciate training dogs for protection, I'm currently training my female GSD in protection, but these dogs need to be trained to go for the arm holding the weapon, not the other arm. When they are in a 'real life' situation and grab the 'empty' arm, they are leaving themselves open to attack from a gun, knife or other weapon because of their training.

  • These dogs are a gift from God, awsome. One of my dreams in life to have one.

  • Dude just shut the fuck up and remind your own busines. If the guy wants to be "religious" then let him.

  • technically we made GSD's

  • cant mess around with a gsd.....they are the best

  • But, but, but......Everyone KNOWS showlines can't work ROFL!!! Great hits dude. You did a good job with this boy

  • wow that awsome i wanna get a german sheperd i love them and good vid to keep up the good work

  • Nice strong, deep, athletic hit. Good luck.

  • what a wicked sweet dog... I hope the owner would fight along side his dog.

  • Do you really think that's necesssary? If that was a bare arm the guy wouldn't do anything but scream in pain ;).

  • Good song! Great Video! Perfect Dog!

  • awsome

  • this is a great dog how do you train your dog to attack on command

  • When the dog attacks and right before you yell the word for his actions!

  • u dont want to know that unless you know how to stop it and control it...

  • The black face is FANTASTIC!!!

    Congratulations, GREAT DOG!!!
