  • YES! this is EXACTLY how i feel. Always having bad thoughts about anything.

  • Learning to recognize and label our negative and reactive thoughts is very important and one of the first things I teach my clients during online sessions of Mindfulness Therapy. It does indeed open up a space in which we have a choice not to indulge in catastrophic thinking.

  • I have you book I really need to read the whole thing from what i did read seems very insightful and helpful, For anyone who's wondering you can find it for kindle was able to anyways.
