actually we here in vancouver canadawold expect places like cordova & anchorage alaska to get their fare share of snow. it dosen't really baffle me that you have 4' of snow in town when i take your location into consideration, i mean your less than 200 miles from the arctic circle and then you get the moisture from the south pacific. you've been spared all these winters if you don't receive snowfalls like this every winter...really!
@Ezdduf4kuZ in vancouver our average temps are 4-8f and its very cloudy, very green and soggy but this past week has been colder, cold enough to give the city a few inches of snow since last saturday. the last couple of nights have been colder still, -7/10f depending on where in the greater city you live. here in surrey approx 10 miles from the vancouver airport and water , we're usually a bit colder in the winter and warmer in the summer but the clouds rule here(330days), believe me! lol
@SoulSurvivorX2 i'm not being sarcastic bt we here in swestern canada are led to believe that alaska is a cold place and has very little daylight in the winter south alaska would get alot of snow, freezing rain & snow whereas in n alaska it's too cold and dry to snow in the dead of winter but cordova was brought up on the news last week on all news radio said you were buried nder 4 meters of snow!!!, i kidd you not....so i looked you up on youtube & made many comments over the week. again lol
