You can tell the tires made a huge difference since the challenger which we all know doesn't usually stop that well against stock Gt500's and Camaro's and accelerated 0-60 the same time as the gt500 which had over 150 more wheel horsepower and is a lot lighter.

Unless Chevy and Dodge come out with a special version of their muscle cars as well like the Shelby mustang then this test will stand. Im not oblivious, I know a stock Camaro V6 and stock Challenger vs a Super Snake the mustang would be a clear winner. But this is a different scenario.

Well, for a guy with a family, the SpeedFactory Challenger, or any other Challenger, is the car for me. Easiest ingress/egress, and the most rear room.
wow all that horsepower and the super snake only manages 0-60 in 4.1 and 12.0 on the 1/4 mi.? talk about inefficiency the boss 302 has got only 444 na horses and manages about the same times. don't even bother putting the super snake on the track the boss will eat it for breakfast.

The only problem with the shelby are the tires... Alot more rubber and good bye camaro. The shelby has the smallest tires and the most HP. But i guess thats what makes it fun to drive, eazy to burn rubber and put her sideways!!

The only problem with the shelby are the tires... Alot more rubber and good bye camaro. The shelby has the smallest tires and the most HP. But i guess thats what makes it fun to drive, eazy to burn rubber and put her sideways!!

@ToxicReaper7 I actually think that that Challenger has the smallest tires in this competition. I think its more to do with the rubber that the GT500 is using rather than the width. All of these cars would be fun to drive... Why are people still obsessed with these wild fanboy wars... That was your dads war. Appreciate them all for what they are. This is B.S! If American muscle can make a v6 mustang run in the 11s with a little more than 400 HP then this super snake should be getting 10s or lower for sure. this race is staged no doubt!

@erictbenedict2010 The Supersnake just has no traction... The V6 Mustang doesn't have that issue, it also weighs a lot less, hence why it is faster. They probably also ran that Mustang on drag radials. This Supersnake was on street rubber. It isn't staged.

I cant wait till hennessey gets a hold of the ZL1 its going to make it beastier than it already is. All three of these cars are awesome they all have balls but the camaro prove to be the best. You always get a better bang for your buck when you buy chevy!

I think the Camaro is a great car, but I hate that ever since the transformer movies, everyone hopped on Camaro's dick.
I am personally a big fan of mustangs HOWEVER I've never been fond of any of Carroll Shelby's creations.

@deadeyedickification I'm pretty sure they said they were modded after purchase to make them even faster, and usually, if I'm not mistaken, anybody in the right mind would put somewhat decent tires on a car that has 500+ horsepower. And they even said they tried to make the cars as even as possible. So, if they actually did that, they would all have the same tires.
