People dont understand here in Indiana when its a youth day. Adults cant shoot. Give the kid some slack. There just jealous they cant kill a band. From posey county, IN. I can rember my first youth day. Keep it up and congrats.

I'm all about getting youth into waterfowl.. my first hunt i had an old remington 20 gauge pump when i was 11 or 12. i did fine and got a limit my first day.. we took my little cousin a year ago he had two good days even got a nice drake pintail that we mounted. If the kid cant hit anything, the guides need to be ready to drop em.. theres no reason in the world to put pellets into birds and let them fly off wounded. Either let the kid shoot clays, or be ready to pick up his slack if he cant hit.

Troy thats a really good spot there my dad owns a bunch of peabody strip pits and fields and thats where alot of those ducks were coming from.

@CRFmxracer His youth gun malfunctioned the night before the hunt, so he had to use his dad's and it was too big for him. The recoil was knocking him back and there just wasn't any way he was going to get a follow up.
