YOUR dog might tolerate everything you and your kid put him through (although he doesn't look to be enjoying it one bit, look at th calming signals he's giving off), but your CHILD is learning behaviour that is dangerous when she generalizes it to other dogs.
Parents who allow their kids to act like this towards the family dog are the main reason why I am always worried when kids run up to my dogs; I've had kids hug my dogs without asking for permission, I've seen a dad put his baby on my 120 poud+ dog without asking me first, I've been confronted with kids running toward my dog with hockey sticks while screaming, etc.
Just because a dog can be described as "tolerant" does not mean that he should have to put up with that. You might want to use more than "luck" to prevent your child from being bitten.
@EmilyElzbth, Lou never engages with Sylvie. He ignores her and ignores her and ignores her and then finally walks away. He's a freaking saint, but it is unfair to expect that of him as this owner apparently does. Those of us who are "far too sensitive" about stuff like this are sensitive because we see the consequences -- namely, mutilating bites and euthanized dogs.
You should be banned from owning any type of pet, and should not be allowed to be a parent. You're teaching your child it's okay to NOT respect animals. One of these days, that "tolerant" dog is going to have enough, and attack your child, rather than just moving away from the situation. Take a parenting class NOW, is my advice, and learn some common sense! Based on this video, you certainly are NOT a good parent, to your kids or your dogs. Disgusting!

Thanks for making this video, it is useful for a dog bite prevention class.

@Misa212 People are far too sensitive about this...seriously! Lou doesn't look bothered too me. He's just chillin' and Sylvia weighs a whole 15 lbs.

Frightful. Please teach your child kind, respectful treatment of animals. A dog's not a couch pillow or a jungle gym.

Give him a kick, that sounds terrible.

@ZandRTheFlop I said "give him a kiss" not kick.

Mmmm, I think you should teach Sylvia that dogs are not toys. Cute though, you have xtra friendly dogs out there.
