hahahahaha, I can hear the igniters and compressor spooling, u people are either dumb or don't know crap about turbine engines!!! That's the sound of a turbine engine well turboshaft (torque/shaft hp) since Turbojets/turbofans produce thrust. & for the ones that say too much noise for nothing (dumb, dumb) Turbine engines will accelerate atlongest u add jet fuel, without that gear change crap, so more fuel more power until you crash or the car spins outta control.

@MOFUZION The jet engine in this car is the same kind used in helicopters. It doesn't push the car forward with a blast of air out the back, it uses a high speed transmission to drive the tires from the spinning shaft in the engine. There is still some hot air blowing out the back, but it's just like a regular car exhaust, because it doesn't noticeably push the car forward. That's how you can just pop the car into reverse gear and drive backwards.

Almost all helicopters have turbine engines any more unless they are very light helis for one or two people like the Robin R22 Or the CHR Safari... A jet engine is a turbine blowing air at high speed. Helis, Turboprops, this car, and Leno's Y2K bike take power off the turbine shaft.
