Hmmm strange thing about Hades is his appearance, he was in my opinion a male between the age of 40-50 or so. I think he should be well built and with a tough and commanding facial expression. Zeus is usually portrayed as being tall and with a beard and Poseidon with a big white beard.At least don t make Hades look like an old man. I knw rite, Poseidon & Zeus were blond & buff but Hades said to be more toned & dark haired. All Gods were good lookin & Hephaestus was lame coz Hera tried to concieve him on her own show off her husband it made out of anger 2 retaliate the birth of Athena!!!!!!

Hades was never discribed as an older man but as a young man in his early thirties era. (By the way he looks I mean.)
For it is sad he did not rule everything but he conrols after everything. when Zeus falls where do you think he'll end up? At Hades' feet.

Hades did say that even gods must die, and that, when they do, he may be all that's left. He began thinking this when one goddess killed another in a fight.

I dont think Hades ever looked that bad despite his job. Mythology says only Hephaestus was unattractive.

Actually the oldest was Hestia, but nobody remembers her. When all the other gods have died, Hestia will be left. She is the Last Olympian.

@MercuryRis Yeah, I heard that when Hephaestus's mother Hera gave birth to him, she felt nothing but disgust for him because of his appearance. So she tossed him off Mt. Olympus and disowned him. Hera was said to be the goddess of motherhood, well she was the worst mother in the history of mothers!

@RexBlazer1 Ya know I feel bad for poor Hep. He's likely one of the smartest ones and he was amazing with the metals and they just seemed to use him and take advantage of him. He was likely just average looking, but ugly for a god and had a limp, but made some amazing things. Hera=Joan Crawford.

@MercuryRis True. Hephaestus was the unnatractive one. Hades was the Justful and neutral with his decision making in the underworld, and Hephaestus was claimed one of the more nobel and kind of the gods.
